An ode to experimentation. A friend asked me for a photo of mine to print, “abstract surf vibes”, shot in the Costa Vicentina, preferably landscape, black and white. I realised this sounded a lot like something I had already shot but there was truly nothing in my archives that fit the vision. Sometimes something is already existing in your mind and just waiting to be captured, this is how this project was born, through a prompt that triggered something in me to capture a vision in my mind. The images making up this project are mostly double, sometimes triple, sometime quadruple exposures, taken in the Southwest of Portugal.
