Fiammetta Duke is an Italian-British multidisciplinary artist, born in England and raised in Brussels. After her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and her Master's degree in Photography and Visual Design from the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, she spent a couple of years based between London and Milan, working in the environmental sustainability and contemporary art publishing sectors. Recently she collaborated with Mousse Magazine and Publishing - before following her passion for surfing and moving to Portugal, where she co-founded FLUIDO, a budding ceramic collective cultivating creativity inspired by nature through workshops, exhibitions, experimentation, community, and collaboration. Her photographs have been exhibited in group exhibitions in London, Milan and Lisbon and published in independent magazines in Italy, England and Switzerland.
